South Africa Animal Programme Cost
Volunteers required to work on one of the following animal programmes:- Private Game Reserves, Bird Sanctuary (recently seen on the TV), Monkeys, Animal Welfare Centre, Dophins, Cheetahs and an Ostrich Ranch.

For a four week project our prices range from £725 per person and include some of the following:
Transfers to and from the airport
- A five-day orientation tour of Cape Town
- Tour to Stellebosch for a wine tasting, including a tour to Kayamandi township where people live in squatter camps
- Table Mountain by cable car
- Peninsula tour to Cape Point and Boulder 's Beach penguin colony
- Five days hostel accommodation, including breakfast (prior to your project)
- Transfers to and from your project
- Project pre-placement before arrival in South Africa
- An official invitation letter from the project to apply for a volunteer visa
- Certificate of completion.
- Twenty four hour emergency telephone number
- Monthly telephone check-ups to ensure that the volunteer is happy
- Programme management.
Price does not include
- All flights and taxes
- Travel insurance
- Medical and accident insurances (very important)
- Inoculations
- Some meals (certain projects offer full board)
- Other tours, trips and excursions
- Pocket money.
- Personal expenses and travel cost if the volunteer wishes to explore the country.
